Voice & Text Chat Not Available For My Son
I have gone through the KWS services site, verified myself as an adult, and enabled voice chat on my son's account. We like to play together while I'm working out of town. He's still unable to voice chat with me. Am I missing something? Everything is enabled correctly yet his account still disables voice and text chat.

Bungie is aware, but it's so low on the list that it'll never get fixed. My son quit playing because he couldn't communicate with our clan or others (unless they were on Xbox).

It will be due to your son's age and part of the platforms restrictions. I have similar issues on playstation with my sons account. The best work around would be create a discord each and a basic channel you can both voice chat in.

Parental controls updated in the platform of choice as well?

What system, or is it pc?

I can’t really help, unfortunately, but if you can’t get it working you could use Discord.
