Is iron banner free? Then no....maybe if banner had a paid track like the holiday events. Otherwise it's like we get one set every 2-3 years now...

I saw that too, but it just means only playing banner if friends go in with me for a round or two. other than that will play in another area of the game

Bungie too lazy to introduce new armour every new season or episode in this case. They are to busy implementing timed mechanics everywhere to remove the fun of playing the game in our own pace.

1 ReplyNothing in Iron Banner has been new for quite some time. Even the weapons are all just reused guns that got Sunset and people probably deleted.

1 ReplyAt current, there are seven sets of Iron Banner Armor you can pull, and the Iron Pledge and named Ornament sets (which were made available again last season) technically boot that number up to nine. Even the Eververse store, while it still has crossover armor sets for silver, is bringing older ornament sets back into Bright Dust circulation. As it pertains to Eververse, my guess is the game has gone on long enough that they've decided it is okay to cycle older Eververse sets back into the Bright Dust store, both for older players who missed getting them and for newer players to the game. I think that's why there isn't a new Bright Dust Eververse set, currently. As much as I would like a new Iron Banner set as well, I'd say the same is true for Iron Banner, only from a different approach. It would take a lot of Iron Banner playtime for newer players to accumulate the Engrams necessary to purchase all the older Iron Banner sets and the ornament sets, so I think it will be the same there - Iron Banner will cycle in and out the older sets as needed from the loot pool, while other sets are available for Legacy focusing.

How are people still Surprised they do the absolute Minimum they can to get your money ? They make the Videos Flashy so they can get your Cashy then before you realize it’s just a bunch of reskins or no updated vendors they begin their Dashy !! They will even Rub it in Your Nose for 2 weeks this time, they are that confident you will still play ! 😂

5 RepliesWell, I will be the one and only person that is thankful for high stat armour being farmable from IB. Normally, i'd be in the same camp as everyone complaining about nothing to grind in IB however, with my account having been hacked and all my toons deleted.. I will be grinding any armour with high stats. Still sucks that we don't have new weapons but.. they are now all new to me considering my vault was emptied as well. PS. Thanks for clearing out my vault guy.. much appreciated.
