Just a genuine question for anybody who might work at Bungie or be able to provide some insight, when testing the new ahamkara's after the rework did anybody think it would've been less detrimental to the exotic in PvE if it was changed to combatants instead of enemies for the ability energy due to how it was a fun exotic in PvE for high tier play, I understand it needed to be nerfed due to pvp however a simple word change would've made it a lot less opressive in pvp so why the whole rework making the exotic genuinely worse for pve in every way it was a fun exotic that wasn't too strong held it's own and was my main exotic for years due to just how cool it looks but now I can't even see myself putting it on due to how lackluster it feels in end game (legend master and grandmaster content) I hope maybe someday I can get it back but I miss having that skull on my shoulder and i would greatly appreciate any insight as to why it required a rework over a wording change to balance it as an exotic because the current state of it just doesn't feel like an exotic
