All things GAMECUBE
This was one of the only consoles my dad didn't own while I was a youngster, and I just bought one with 4 controllers and the GameBoy player for roughly $300
I was wondering what games I should buy for it I have purchased Smash bros and mario kart double dash already
but I am looking for a single player adventure to actually put hours into, please let me know if something fits into this category

Well windwaker is one of the best single players you can get. Otherwise there’s super Mario sunshine, Luigi’s mansion, or you could do the Zelda OoT and Majoras ports. Sonic adventure DX is in its best form on the GameCube, too.

Still got mine, but haven't used it in years. Been meaning to play Metroid Prime again. Takes a while to get used to the controller layout after so long on Xbox and Playstation.

Gameboy player or Gba to gamecube link cable to get the most out of XD and colosseum as they can trade their johto and special ribbons and items to the gameboy versions. (Gameboy player does exactly what you think it does and also doubles up as a gba to gamecube link cable for trading or transferring data.) Also Sonic Advance 1 & 2 as they can connect to Sonic adventure 1 & 2 for special Chao (Ones version of the mini game won't interest you much but two might) Pokemon box ruby and sapphire it's basically pokemon home but for the gamecube and will allow you to store your gen three pokemon on it while also providing a way to play Ruby and sapphire through a gba link cable. (If you're chest deep in pokemon this game also has some special egg pokemon that you can transfer up to SC, VL, there is also pokemon channel that grants a Jirachi depending on your region.) If you get metroid prime, see if you can get metroid fusion by connecting them you get a special suit.
