XB and PS controllers are usable on PC. Both of those offer controllers with rear paddles. Scuf also makes controllers like that. I'm sure there are also many other options for PC that don't break ToS.

Wish that Playstation back button attachment had 4 buttons instead of 2. My hesitancy with the 3rd party controller mods like Scuf is that a lot of my friends who use them complain about their durability, and its not like they 'use and abuse' them (we're all adults with limited time to game). I'll have to look into it some more. What drew me to the Cronus back button attachment was the 4 buttons and it could be swapped out if one of my controllers ever bit the dust.
