You can. During the week where the freelance pool was available I farmed wins for the adept bow. Even after my card was flawed I was still able to get adept bows from wins. As long as you have gone flawless wins after 7 will always have a chance to award an adept after flawless pool has gone into affect. They are listed as a common drop if you are still flawless, once your card becomes flawed they are listed as a uncommon drop

Well I’ve done it, so go ahead and give it a try yourself. Went flawless a couple weeks ago, managed to farm 6 bows on a different card after i turned in a flawless card for another bow.
