If you don't quit multiple matches then you have nothing to worry about. You don't get the debuff for quitting only one match. You get it if you quit multiple within a certain time frame. So if people are going to quit multiple matches then they deserve a penalty. Destiny 2 isn't even the only game with quitter penalties. The majority of online pvp games have quitter penalties.
