I own the witch queen deluxe edition but can not access the dungeon duality
It states that I need the dungeon key but I purchased and own the witch queen deluxe edition and you can see that in game and on my steam account. I don't know what to do.....

You can try to fill out the forum here: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351 , let them know what has happened and they might be able to assist you in getting your issue fixed.

Duality is a buggy mess even to this day. Luckily the weapons/perk combinations are worth it. And it's free artifice armor for me.
