Issues With Crucible and My Pinnacle
So first off I am not a PVP person in fact Monday night was my first time even trying it and I've been playing D2 since 2018. Today I played 3 matches for my pinnacle but in the challenges spot it says only 1/3 matches played. If I go into Triumphs however it clearly states that I've played 6 matches (3 from Monday night and 3 from today). I don't want to keep playing an activity that's already like pulling teeth and then not being rewarded for 3 matches I am willing to play. Any reason as to why this happened and how I can avoid it happening again?

Matches you've done prior to the weekly reset (Tuesday mornings), will not count towards this week's reward. I'm sorry to say it, but it looks like two of your matches may have not counted due to you having very little contribution. It's likely the system considers players who don't meet a minimum threshold of contributions (kills, assists, completing objectives) as idling or throwing a match to exploit rewards and therefor doesn't give credit towards the challenge. You need to get kills, assists, and capture zones for your team. If you struggle to get kills, then focus on capturing zones and assisting your teammates.
