I haven't received any emails in over 2 years.
I always wondered why I never got any emails in regards to rewards earned, expansions or season updates, or just anything in general. My friends were posting things from #raidmemories and said it was via email, but when I checked and even did a search, the most recent one was from barely 2020. The next one after that was 2018. I checked my settings on here and it was checked correctly to receive any Destiny 2 emails. My email itself is verified. I even have my mobile on there. What happened?

Same here, I have not seen a new email since 2018. Tried all the suggestions and the instructions in the TWAB. Which BTW does not clarify if that is ment to be done in app or on the website, of which neither actually works as described.

1 ReplyI have the same question as I have not received any email as of 2018, when Forsaken was announced. My friends are sharing emails they get of stuff we do as a clan and I can’t participate as I am not receiving any emails. I have already verified my email and have my account linked to every platform so what gives?
