5+ Years of Destiny, Zero emails.
I have tried 3 different email addresses (all were verified without a problem). Have tried multiple rounds of unchecking and saving, then re checking one or more of the various options in the SMS and Email sections, based on TWAB, Twitter and random Reddit instructions to no avail. Have even gone as far as loosening the privacy restrictions in my account on the Playstation Network. Nothing has worked. No year end reviews, no ornament voting, no map voting, no participation in clan copy paste of fun facts about raid clears, etc.
Any other suggestions?
This type of content should not be email limited. It should be pre-generated, accessible via link for a set period of time. The link could be email sent sure, but also via bungie notification.
Edit: AS OF 12-5-2022 - Still no emails. Tried all the suggestions.
Edit: AS OF 2-7-2023 - Still no emails.
Edit: AS OF 10-6-2023 - Still no emails. Just unchecked everything. Leaving it unchecked for a few weeks, then will turn it back on to see if that hard resets something.

Been verified since the Halo 3 - Reach days and still haven't received any Destiny emails. Its a shame because I really want to keep up to date with changes and partake in the armour vote.

I've got the same issue, already tried their 1 and 2 when the first personalized email was sent, and it still doesn't work. Nobody got a fix, I assume...?

1 ReplyHello. We believe what happened is that players who were receiving our emails unsubscribed at one point and then tried resubscribing later. You may want to try to follow these steps to start receiving emails again: [quote]1. In your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/EmailSms]Bungie.net Account Settings[/url], under the "Email and SMS" section, uncheck the first box and hit "Save Settings." 2. Immediately after saving, check the first box, save again, and check your email to see if you receive a verification email.[/quote] If you don't receive an email, you may need to use a new email to receive a verification email. Make sure to click "THIS LINK" when you receive the email.

Same! I made a post about it also, also a long time account holder - verification emails come through fine, but no summary email. Super sad.

Same here. I’ve gone through all my email settings multiple times and confirmed my email address. It sucks as I’ve missed out on a lot of these milestone emails with regards to stats and such. I wish there was a way to just access that information on our profiles rather then relying on email.

I haven’t gotten an email since 2017 and tried everything - still get verification emails though.

I am in the same boat. Been verified since the start of Destiny 2. Never got an email.

Yep missing out on the latest wave of #raidmemories. Feels awful to not be able to share while the rest of my discord is poring over each other's stats. Really an absolute bummer at this point.

Almost the same boat here. I was receiving emails back in the Shadowkeep era but somewhere between Beyond Light and Witch Queen I've stopped receiving anything. I've done all the suggestions from @BungieHelp regarding email settings but nothing's worked and I see no way to reach out and contact them directly.

Same. Played since start still can’t get emails. Tried and verified three accounts tried everything suggested multiple times. It is beyond frustrating at this point.

1 ReplyThat's a great idea, for the link. I said the same exact thing to my friends when I didn't receive the "Year In Review" emails they sent out at the beginning of 2022. I'm in the same boat as you, as it doesn't make sense that the verification emails go through fine, but all other emails from Bungie have failed. Do you think it could be if you were moved from the legacy Bungie site, from the older, Halo era?
