If you cant fix the cross console lag because of net coding then you need to turn it off and make it opt in not opt out.
As a UK player I'm getting fed up with the winning team being pre determined by how many PSN players are on the opposing team.
Being the first person in a gun fight to pull the trigger with a 540 pulse only to be out shot by a 150 scout shooting 3 rounds before i can even get the second pulse off on full auto (yes i know the TTK is better with a scout its about the lagg not the TTK) Either way win or loose I should be able to get 2 pulses from a 540 on full auto before being 3 tapped from a 150
Shooting shadows or being shot by someone who a split second later is the other side of the map with buildings and walls between us (this just makes it seem like they are either lagg switching or hacking)
80 / 90% of the time being either the only one or 1 of 2/3 Xbox players in a lobby full of PSN this is a guaranteed loss for Xbox player (At least in the sense you dont get many if any kills)
Something needs to be done Bungie and you know it hundreds if not thousands of posts across the board about cross play lag being an issue you cant be that blind / Ignorant that you don't see it?.
Oh and can you Re instate the lobby names like it is for IB while in que at least then I can back out before the match starts if too many PSN players
And this is not about general lag and I don't give a flying nuns scrotum about stacks SBMM CBMM because for me its made no difference to gameplay or que times since cross play was made mandatory

This is a two way issue. I am on psn and constantly match up with full fireteams of Xbox and have the same issues. Completely agree with you that cross play has many issues that bungie refuses to see or address.

3 RepliesI’m on Xbox and I swear I get more PSN match-ups than anything. It should only match you with another platform if you have someone from that platform in your fireteam tbh.
