Forgotten e-mail on PS4 when cross save was setup and need to relink to my PS5
So several years ago a friend helped me setup my cross save on my X-Box to PS4. At that point I ended up getting rid of the ps/4 but never unauthenticated my account on cross save. Well now I am on a PS5 (still have my series x) and I log into bungie.net. When I goto the cross save section it asks for my e-mail for authentication. I do not have that e-mail still however I know my PS4 gamertag. What can I do to setup the cross save on my ps5 with that old account?

1 ReplyYou'll need to work with Sony to recover the login credentials of the PSN ID. You must be able to authenticate to an account in order to unlink it or to enable Cross-Save.
