We should turn Osiris into an exotic
Since Osiris is basically a disembodied soul right now, we should do what the hive did to Ohmar.
Here me out, we perform a ritual to summon his soul, then we put it into a solar 200 rpm scout or aggressive pulse rifle.
For its intrinsic perk, getting kills or assists will give you stacks of radiant. Precision kills and multi kills give +2 while assists and body kills give +1. At 10 stacks you can consume Radiant and get 5 seconds of ability spam (Similar to sun singer from D1 or sun bracers)
For its exotic perk, when you die with full super, you can consume your super energy and self resurrect. After resurrecting you gain the radiance damage buff for 5 seconds. (This shouldn't be OP in pvp since generally supers take so long now, that you only get it once or twice. In trials it's common to not get it at all unless running max intellect with a shorter cooldown super)

1 ReplyWell right but he doesn't even have any abilities. We stuff gods into guns because well they're gods so they have some kind of power to make the things do the magic they do. Osiris at this point is nothing more than a dude in a coma. Nothing that'll make a magic gun do magic gun things

Self res would be fine but it would have to be a pve exclusive exotic perk. No pvp and if it did work in pvp it would have to stick you in a 3 second res animation clear for headshots with no oversheild and your super would be wasted on the revive so you get no super and you pretty much are risking everything by depending on your teammates to either body block or push the enemies to give you a clear res space. Not only this but you would have to get at least 3 kills to proc it and upon death you lose stacks. Aka this perk would be useless in trials but valuable in 6v6. However if it didnt work in pvp they could just go ballistic with it in pve. Make it cracked out of its mind

8 RepliesYou want to turn Osiris into a gun? As an ahamkara, I already saw what happened to Riven. Such a shame. Riven was the last of us, and yet, was vanquished by you guardians. No matter. Riven became a weapon, and oryx did the same, but Osiris is different. Do not think he will die. The phoenix will rise again. After death, it need only wait until it’s firey wings burn again, oh player mine…
