While I hope this does not fall on deaf ears can we do something about people griefing others in PVE activities slamming other players against walls with eager edge swords. This is extremely frustrating when having limited time playing the game and it takes longer to complete activities because people feel the need to troll others with this mechanic.

4 RepliesEdited by Matthew: 9/12/2022 7:46:39 PMBOO-HOO i lost 15s of my "precious playtime" ppl like this always complaining like they have to work 23Hours a day take their 19 kids to school at different times and only have exact 4.24 Minutes to play Destiny a day, man you died and waited 15s, its not a big deal...

4 RepliesYou people who can't handle a joke ruin it for the rest of us. My friend group has loads of fun griefing each other with this sword. Y'all need to quit taking stuff so damn seriously.

This has been happening since destiny one not a new thing. Pushing people off the tower shoulder charging them into walls. Crushing them with sparrows, blocking rockets with a bubble. It's a video game so treat it like one have some fun. Next time u see someone do some thing like that put on stasis and throw up a wall after a jump learn to relax and have some fun.

Get gud.

2 RepliesI only find eager edge "griefing" to be somewhat irritating in flawless raid attempts. Other than that I see no harm in it.

I almost kicked him there but we where short on time so we had to keep him, it's not funny or fun it's annoying and griefing

1 ReplyI only did that once because a titan shoulder charged me the whole time in a strike. He tried to push me down or against a wall. I smashed him through the whole boss map and he died. I collected my loot, t-bagged and went to orbit.

1 ReplyYeah they should turn collision off when you not in a team with that person but if your in a team with the person you can

Some people are sociopaths.

6 RepliesIt should be a toggle in fireteam settings. That way if someone needs to be launched to the vex cat portal it can be done and if that one guy in strikes wants to grief you'll be able to turn it off.

2 RepliesEdited by Jaegweir: 9/12/2022 7:06:46 PMThere are complaints from many people . some agree some are toxic aholes that says "it's fun", "you have no skill" , blah blah blah. Bungie has been complained to for a long time now and has done nothing. so my game play now is: I turned off cross play, and I leave any match when they start that crap. In the end I believe they should be exiled to an old server so they can HAVE FUN with each other. and as usual the toxic aholes will attack anyone who feels differently. oh and be aware some of these toxic aholes will invite you to a clan so they can pummel you.

2 RepliesEdited by Weiss: 9/12/2022 6:30:08 PMWas doing a Dares legend on lfg. And the fireteam leader kept yeeting people all over the map. And was becoming a plague to the group. We were at the end and every-time someone had the sword (hive ending) he kept yeeting people away with his eager edge. Damaging our time and jeopardising the activity. I felt enough was enough. So I shoulder charged him constantly with whoever he went to eager edge a teammate (basically I stopped doing the activity, to protect team mates) until I eventually got kicked by them before the reward. Then got a whisper with them gloating. At the end I reported him for griefing. Both, being eager edged and kicked from group. So hopefully something happens to them. I do find it funny how as soon as someone does it to them. They rage about it. People who actively do this stuff to teammates are just low lives with no sense of adulthood.

15 RepliesIt has to stop. It's widespread. Bungie needs to put a stop to this toxic behaviour asap.

It was funny for 5 minutes when the swords came out, now it’s so very *yawn*.
-
Escape > Abandon Activity But, yeah, it gets old to constantly have to deal with ID-10-Ts.
-
Guy did it to me in strike, I just launched another strike ... I know that got him because we were the only ones in the strike lol, it wasn't letting anyone join.

Edit YEEEEEET!

Have you tried dodging

1 ReplyThis is hilarious.

Please bungie do something about dregs and vandals too. When I'm at low health and they snipe me it's really frustrating. It wastes so much of my time being killed by something so minor and easy to avoid. Please just remove enemies from the pve activities

7 RepliesWhy is this a problem. Could you not just voice your opinion to your Fireteam. It can only happen if you are in a match made activity or in a fireteam.
