Help / Deactivate Cross Save
So recently my account was compromised / hacked , however you want to put it. Deleted all my characters , changed my bungie name. Mods already recited the policy back to me stating that no one will help me. At this point I just want to deactivate my cross save since I bought all the expansions on PSN and Steam. This way I could start over as steam as my main account , thus updating my bungie name. I am getting stopped because I bought silver before all of this happened. Getting the error message that I have to wait 84 days. So I have to wait 3 months before playing the game I want to play. Can anyone actually help me? I don't need the policy recited , I need an actual Bungie employee with the power to allow me to deactivate my cross save at least. It is the least Bungie could do for one of their dedicated players. I lost everything. Help me at least get back into the game without having this ridiculous Bungie name attached to me .
