Ketchcrash not progressing
Our team completed the ketchcrash activity and opened the chest at the end but received nothing from the chest and the quest did not complete. We also did not receive any rank points.

To anyone having this issue I did too, I googled it and many people are. What we did to fix it was make sure when we ran it not to leave when it finished. Let the timer run out. If it doesn’t work go to the helm then try it again. I had to run it 3 times. Also Sometimes the final boss section glitches out and no ads spawn as well. -sidenote- We ran a full team on master and nobody got a pinnacle

I also have the issue not be able to collect map fragments and tried everything and even discarded the quest and see if it resets it, and now I can't find the quest (ahoy and aweigh) I was step 2/62 any idea how to retrieve it again?? I got the atlas book though just not the other one.

I’m getting the teiumph for collecting seasonal materials but I don’t have any accumulated. Have a lot of money in this game and not being able to progress is very disappointing. Please fix the problem

1 ReplyDon't leave the activity early - even on the post stats screen. The completion recognition and loot drops can be delayed right until 1 second before going back to orbit. Definitely a bug - but at least one we can work around.

First match gave me a gun but no progress, second run gave me progress but no reward LOL. Typical day one update issues tbh.

First, wait for everyone to get up the second ketch BEFORE running up the stairs. Second, WAIT FOR EVERY SINGLE PERSON TO GET INTO THE ROOM BEFORE YOU START THE LAST PHASE. Literally that simple. Just be patient.

I had this bug, then I did it flawless and is counted as completed for me. Not sure if thats a work around or I just got lucky.

Bump. Had to do the Ketch first mission 4 times for it to finally complete and get the first step done.

Happened to my friend and I too. Also have Triumphs not tracking, and my bud had to do the opening mission of the new season twice because he didn't receive the map pieces the first time. Typical season launch for Bungie.

After my second run the game thought I'd only done one. I did it again and waited until the loot actually appeared before porting out (the time it didn't work, I got the loot while in orbit). After that I've not seen a repeat of this issue.

done it 3 times on my hunter, game thinks I've done it once. Also, the event itself is pretty buggy, where it lets you run on into areas that you arent meant to be able to then a focefield goes up and you need to interact with a terminal in a room you just went though but can no longer get back to. Fun times...

try staying until the activity ends by its own (instead of going back to orbit). It worked for me.
