Hence the split. I’m part of the myth faction. So I liked both the prequels and episodes 7&8.

Rise of Skywalker is the only one I don’t really like. I thought TFA was a fantastic start to a trilogy, if it stayed on the path of TLH it could’ve been better, but settling on bringing back palpatine after tons of script rewrites and rejecting Lucas’s help just felt sad.

Agreed. They panicked after the pushback from the fairy tale crowd after Episode 8. So episode 9 turned into a rushed, poorly-done ROTJ remake trying to appease them. Only SW movie that I’ve ever disliked, and only seen once.
