I've had some success running the Divide Lost Section at the Cosmo. A fair number of victims, and mostly they come to you. I can't give you figures, but a coupla runs does most things, and it's easy to run back to the Divide and restart it. You can pick up some XP, and a few Mats on the way. A nice trick is to have an infinite ammo weapon to level at the same time, so the special and heavy has a chance to drop for you.
