I understand that hunters are supposed to be the stealthy sneaky characters in the game, but at their current state they are extremely broken. The fact that they can have 100% up time with invis with the dodge and then the smoke is just too over powered. Add that to graviton forfeit then it’s game over. Radar is one of the most important parts of the crucible and when you play a team of all invis hunters they have such an clear advantage over the other players. Yes there are other good subclasses but I can’t be the only one who thinks that they are incredibly over powered. They should be nerfed in a way and to top it off that’s all you see in trials because of how dominant the subclass is

Sure, but Devour and Overshields need to be hit too then (esp Overshields).
-
Should've gone to spec savers mate. I have 14/20 vision and I can still see them!
-
What's broken? Invis is working fine!
-
I have bad eyesight so invis Hunters auto win against me.
-
🤔 Correct me if I'm wrong, but...
...isn't our most advantageous trait in combat is our wits? The ability to adapt is far more useful than relying on a radar that can be overcome.
4 RepliesInvis is fine, just use your eyes. Hunters don't use invis in top 1% matches. - Sweaties defending it (and probably use it)
-
8 RepliesReally easy to spot an invis hunter. You seem to rely on radar to much. If you’re having trouble with invis hunters, I’m sorry but you’re trash.
-
3 RepliesI like going invis because I'm shy.
-
6 RepliesRunning stacked in QP is broken. You going to complain about that or just carry on doing it? Literally cannot get sweatier than your current loadout so don’t even pretend you’re not trying to pub stomp with your anime profile pic buddies and pad stats.
-
Use your eyes and stick with your team. Honestly Warlock is still better in both PvP and PvE. Just get better because the invis hunter build has always been here and only got better in pve

Edited by BANZAI GEXX: 3/15/2022 4:36:30 PMWarlock storm caller with getaway artist and max discipline. Constant arc buddies👍. If you don’t see them the arc buddies will. Play distance. Don’t get baited around blind corners.

Agreed

1 ReplySomething needs to be done about invusible hunters without nerfing it into the ground, and killing the spec. Back in D1 we had a few weeks of Spooky trials where they removed the Radar, and everyone hated. Basically with a full team of invusible hunters it turns into spooky trials with only 1 team not having radar. An idea on how to make invusible hunters balanced is when a hunter goes invusible it also Disables their radar I believe this small fix would balance the issue, it makes it more risk and reward

Just make them more visible, that’s all

1 Replyor maybe nerf the shotgun panic slide shot arround every corner meta thats been arround for litteral years.....
-
17 RepliesNope people need to learn to adapt and use counters and stop trying to play the lazy crap they been doing and blaming people playstyles for why they lose. Bad players will still be bad change my mind.

7 RepliesController Snipers, Controller Smgs/Last Word, Bows, Ophidians, Syntho/Knockout, and Wi-Fi players are a far bigger issue atm.
-
They are frustrating to die against, but as soon as you get used to not always rely on your radar (and listen to them getting invis) it‘s controllable.
-
Worst thing I’ve seen so far is citans and the over shield …. Stupidly broken

34 RepliesIf you have below a 1.0 kd your opinion doesn’t matter stop trying to tell me how crucible works you don’t know anything about crucible please get some skill acquire some thumbs and open your eyes

2 RepliesEdited by Smough: 3/14/2022 9:00:57 AMInvis hunters are free kills in my opinion. It’s almost like they don’t expect you to know where they are once they pop invis, as if the sound it makes and purple outline doesn’t give them away. Seriously, just play with headphones, you can almost hear a hunter use invis from across the map. It’s funny watching them run around in a panic when you surprise them with the first shot.

2 RepliesCope harder

11 RepliesYou have a radar. You have thumbs. Use them. Also, your status is very appropriate.

1 ReplyI get it’s frustrating getting destroyed by these invisible dummies but I think there is a better solution then just “NERF!”. I feel like complete radar removal is a bit extreme so make it that invis hunters on the radar is the same as crouching but they have the power to run. I feel this would be fair… especially after heat rising warlocks get plastered on the radar as a huge red dot as long as the buff is active.
