PvP Matchmaking is Atrocious
If crucible Matchmaking really was balanced, you could expect an average amount of your games would be wins....for average players, ( excluding the sweats and elite players who like to kill farm in it ). Maybe 1 or 2 at least in every 2p matches. But to be able to play 2hrs and literally not have one -blam!- win, even when equipping your most successful weapons and loadouts, is testament to how busted it is, and how desperately in need of fixing or reworking it deserves. 2 hrs, not one win, yeah sure THAT'S balanced LMFAO!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The crucible is broken in general. It’s filled with overly competitive wannabe streamers and wannabe esports players. Even though this game won’t ever be an esport

This game gives players wins and loses. It’s not earned. Go to destiny tracker look up ur games and u will see almost every game the winning team had an average of an 80+% chance of winning. U have too keep that forced 50% win loss ratio so u feel like ur wining matches and not losing to much. Honestly if the enemy team starts with a lead of, id say 30 points in the first 1 or so min just quit. Chances are it’s a forced loss, quitting counts as a loss. Do that for a few games till the game gives u a forced win. No point in trying if the outcome is determined. Loss games are a 100 more sweaty than SBMM ever was and there isn’t even a reward, no feel good moment for coming close or just barley winning, just sweating ur -blam!- off for the enemy to mercy anyways. And games u win are so pathetically easy now that it doesn’t feel good to win. Cool I got a 4.5 KD against a team that not a single player had a 0.8 or higher. But that’s the point. Those games u feel like a god despite ur playing against potatoes compared to you and u get just enough dopamine to feel good and continue to suffer for the next moment u feel like a god. It’s a toxic relationship between the player and destiny and the pve content is just good enough to tell yourself it’s worth it.

You were constantly in the bottom of leaderboards and rarely making double figures with kills. You're the reason your team is losing so often. Deal with the fact that the game doesn't owe you wins.

I can’t even play stacks because my team mates see them and quit. I’m not playing a 5v6 against a stack lol so many quitters it’s quit meta

4 RepliesI’ll help you get some wins if you want in 6v6 modes. I usually carry whole teams of newbies. I think bungie thinks I can do this constantly even against 6 stacks 🤯🤣🤣🤣 unfortunately I can’t be that good all of the time as I like a beer to unwind and my -blam!- goes down hill from there 🙏🤣

Gotta admit I rarely back out of games as I'm too casual to worry about kd results etc but over the weekend I was in a match where all my random team mates were just running around the edge of the map from a-c, then from c-a repeatedly capping 1 zone without engaging the other team as far as possible. This left me trying to fight everyone else. After a few minutes I just couldn't be bothered with it and bailed. What they thought they were achieving I have no idea.
