Drop rate of Bottom Dollar from Gambit is laughable bungie
I’ve played 40-45 games of gambit with a 4 stack of clan mates with 36 of those games as wins. Out of those games, our fire team has received a total of 6 bottom dollar drops. I have only received one. Up the drop rate Bungie! I think they forget that people are going for specific roles of these weapons and no one wants to farm an awful game mode like gambit for a gun that drops like 5% of the time. So if i grind nothing but gambit, i might get another drop by next reset lol. I can’t imagine how casual destiny players feel. Bungie is dropping the ball on this one.

I'm beyond annoyed with nightfall drop rates for the guns, the lost sector exotics, and of course bottom dollar. What makes it even worse is the fact that a bunch of that loot rotates weekly/daily.

The perfect use of capitalization on the first word, proper nouns and titles, and yet omitting the capital in "bungie" as the name of the company. The drop rate for playlists weapons in general is a joke. I've done about twenty strikes today and not one pulse rifle or rocket has dropped for me. Heck not even last season shotgun. It's just very bad and you can add to the horrendous drop rate that all have a very deep perk pool, so you might never see the roll you looking for.

I got the godroll rangefinder/high impact after like 5 matches. Too bad pvp is so laughably cheese now. Guess I’ll just throw it in my vault until it gets sunset.

I hear that, between last week and this week I've done about 45 games and got 2. Killing wind/multi killclip Rapid hit/demolitionist I'll take those and be done farming lol, they're decent enough. Plus got my salvo Gambit skin in the process.

Do the drops alternate? I have played probably 60 matches and I’ve had the trinary fusion a bunch, but no bottom dollar.

I really would like to know Bungie's justification for such low drop rate. Because this is a weapon with random perk roll, the drop rate should be high. The incentive to play is the chase for a roll not a chase for the weapon itself. If the weapon dropped with static roll, a very low drop rate would make sense as the player would be one and done. The same applies to the new Exotic weapons with random rolls. The drop rate should be higher than an Exotic with a static roll.

You are right. It is laughable. I mean, I was laughing after my third one dropped after about 20 games of Gambit.

We hear ya. But keep on playing in the meantime (laughs to himself hysterically). I haven't even seen a legendary drop in five matches, it's been a good 15 since I've seen a Gambit exclusive. I think that "the more you do the less you earn" algorithm is working overdrive on me right now.
