Prophecy Hoodie Buy Issues
During the Season of Arrivals I completed the Prophecy dungeon and was considering buying the hoodie, at the time I was able to access the code and redeem it. I went to buy it on 11/9 at 11pm cst and all it said was "System is currently disabled." The rewards tab is back online now and it says that I needed to complete the dungeon flawlessly. I don't know if had always been this way, or just changed when beyond light dropped.

Same thing here. I put up a support post ( no support ticket system yet ) but I've been pretty much ghosted without any response. It kind of sucks when you see the post above and below yours get responded to by either a mod/Bungie and yours is just left out. Bungie pls, let me give you my money.

I am having the same problem with the Shadowkeep coin set. Since beyond light I can no longer generate a code.Which I could previously do.

I am having this issue too! I was able to view my code before SoA ended but hadn't decided if I was buying the hoodie yet. I ended up deciding to buy it but now I can't view the code and the "Claim Reward" button is greyed out.
