No. I don't even need to explain why. Go play the Hunter class some more, find out what advantages dodge gives in a situation, and save your dodges for when you actually need it.

Is your negative PvP related isn't??[/quote] This is the point in this version of the dodge unlike D1 you would not have immunity frames you can still die while dodging and the dodge is less significant with out the charge it would default to the reloading dodge animation not the one where you fall on the floor

  • Oh, yeah, I'm only referring to PvP. Sorry, should've clarified. Dodge in PvE is whatever. Would rather have barricade or a rift for sure.

You must not understand what I mean yes dodges might be really good but think about it what small buffs do hunters have that another class can’t do better besides the supers I mean hunters can dodge but only once yet warlocks can dodge when ever they want. Warlocks have a class tree that literally gives them the best movement in the game. Warlocks can stay in the air forever and shoot without dropping. As hunter you are at dis advantage when it comes to playing against people. The down side to the dodge is that you can’t attack while doing it but what I’m saying is hunters should be allowed to dodge without the charge. Meaning if you do you get no buff effects because it’s not a charged dodge it would not be broken because you talk about the hit detection being screwed even though most close encounters at close range are shotguns keep in mind hunters can’t just shoot while dodging. Which would make it easier so you could not push with dodges. Hunters are meant for being able to move faster that the other classes yet warlock fit that spot better and it’s not like you would be immune while in dodge so you could still kill the guy who is dodging. This destiny 1 sheds step but worse and you would not get the better dodge you would get the reload dodge with out the reloading. It’s easy to hit that dodge especially when you have a shotgun or any other automatic weapon. It’s not like it would be game breaking because so many times have I used the dodge to get out of fire and succeeded most times if you had the ability to dodge without the charge with a small cool down how broke would it really be not very because like I said the only advantage you have is a minor defence one which hunters should have. Considering your living in a world of shotgunner titans with shoulder charge and how bout all the good exotics and warlocks which can like I said stay in the air the whole time. Not game breaking not impossible to hit the hit detection isn’t an issue not broken. Can shoot while dodging small cool down so the wron foot could event get you easy not broken

  • Another moron who tries to use a player's class preference as a way of arguing their point. I'm a Hunter main, you dolt. Dodge is a strong ability that can save you in a pinch, along with having possible added benefits depending on what gear or subclass you are using - all while still remaining at 9 seconds. Learn to use your dodge correctly and learn to save it for moments that matter. Dodge is fine as it is.
