Mild outbreak buff?
I feel like the Outbreak weapon is easily outclassed by most other weapons for the exotic slot. A very small and not harmful change can be made on it by simply by just adding rapid hit because you lay in on the trigger and the reload speed from rapid hit will help too. Just a suggestion that popped up.

They should buff it and There should be a one time seasonal event called outbreak: infected. With the pandemic and all.

The guns accuracy increases the longer its constantly fired. It makes the gun a lazer beem, even on console. So no, no rapid hit.

I could get down with replacing outlaw with rapid hit, even though it has a hidden perk that improves accuracy upon hitting a target.

3 RepliesWell it already has Outlaw, so if additional reload is what you're after then Rapid Hit isn't needed. Really the difference between the two is reload on kills or reload on successive hits, since it has Persistence innately. Outlaw pairs a bit better with Outbreak because of the parasites on precision kills as well.

It already has outlaw and a hidden perk persistence where it's more accurate as you shoot it. If you want better reload speed just put on pulse rifle reloader.
