Fair and balanced was a term I heard, but I also heard light level enabled, I can tell you now that light level advantage isn’t fair or balanced, that caters towards the people who no life pve just for upgraded gear, meanwhile you match them against the PvP onlys who can only play a few hours a week I hardly see how that’s ok. No level advantage and this would be perfect. (Also add all the D1 maps and game modes back, id love to play rift and combined arms maps again)

I see lot people start use netlimiter on PC Trial nearly release -___-
-
7 RepliesTrials hasnt even started and the complaints already rolling in lol
-
The problem is bungie is allowing it to be free content. Which means hackers galore on PC. Then everyone will migrate back to console and the ddosing will begin.
-
1 ReplyI agree with u here man. A lot of people like myself dont have enough time to play and power enabled is stupid. I would definitely love to have Rift back more than Trials honestly. Hated Trials to begin with
-
Well said. You cant have it like it is. So that kids and people with no jobs or time and just keep rasing there light level. And people with jobs school or family. Just cant win. Iron banner is bad anuff already

4 RepliesPvE players basically rebuilt the tower so it makes sense we would get the better advantages in the mode we saved.
-
2 RepliesFrom what it looks like, and this is just an opinion, but it seems like Bungie is throwing all of its eggs in the PVP basket as this upcoming season looks to be solely for pvp, sorry the hardcore PVP players. Good for the PVP players as they can keep playing the game but as for the rest....... Idk what to even say.

5 RepliesWhy are people acting like pvp is balanced in the first place. Do people actually consider destiny pvp competitive? It's literally the most random sh!tshow I've ever seen in a multiplayer game
-
It's a balancing act, Higher level PvE players that play PvP, ruin the experience of Trials for PvP players, and trials gets all the weapons and armor nerfed ruining the PvE experience for PvE players.

4 RepliesALL I WANT TO SAY IS THEY DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT US! ALL I WANT TO SAY IS THEY DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT US!

3 Repliesthey should probably fix pinnacle weapons cause I keep going into competitive and all I see is lunas howl or randy's throwing knife and since I don't own pinnacle weapons and have a life and no time to grind hours into getting god rolls it puts me at a disadvantage I barely have a fighting chance as I always find myself losing gunfights so like if trials is gonna be like that I'm out just gonna ruin my experience for the game once again like Bungie get your heads out of your asses take time and balance gunfights and weapons properly for a loot-based game their loot and weapon system is really screwed up and I'm getting sick and tired of it, nerfing what doesn't need to be nerfed and screwing the whole gunplay in the process

3 RepliesThat’s why i stopped playing iron banner...

9 RepliesTrials has always been a power matters game mode. It was created for players who wanted more of a challenge in the Crucible and not for the casual player.

5 RepliesEdited by TANGY VIVID: 2/26/2020 4:45:27 PMPlay fortnite pacman space invaders then. You ain't got time to play a game that is 5yrs old despite new light catch up mechanics don't play. We don't need you. AND APPARENTLY EVERYONE HAS NO LIFE. Sorry buddy but NO LIFE is dead. And how people spend their time is up to them. This is a AAA game it's not a casual game. And Bungie have made great efforts to give people opportunities to keep everyone playing the same and all activities at a reasonable power level. It's all about how much people want it at the end of the day.

5 RepliesBecause I'm sure nobody in the world no life's destiny pvp... Right? I'm laughing so hard. Natural selection should have taken you dim bulbs years ago... Instead, it will be trials.

12 RepliesBad move by bungo. Bounties are boring trash
-
Everybody get your bountie grind on in 2 weeks lmao
-
1 ReplyYou do realize that pvp is the easiest grind in the game outside of plant materials right? Same exotic drop rate, you get power rewards every rank up, note consistent loot drops that you dismantle for legendary shards, 10 masterwork cores for reset, and comp/trails will be pinnacle activities... Ie power drops for when you go flawless. The weapons they want will most likely be in their possession or in said end game. In fact, most pvp players get rewarded with the economy so well, they just go to spider and buy what they need never needing to touch pve. They also have far more skill over your average pve player like myself.. Ie I’ll take every advantage I can take... but it will not help one bit with me going flawless. Sorry... but just a fact. My point, die hards who are excited and pretty much only play pvp will have pinnacle power drops every week.. on each character. Through bounties for power +1 and then the power pinnacle drops. We also do not know the full extent of any changes per the artifact... let us see that first. I’m with you.. as in having little faith in bungie.. but this is do or die with bungie.. the pressure is high and probably their last chance to get back the streamers they have hoped to bring them the traffic that they had in d1.

4 Replieswithout light level advantages enabled there is no reason to level and play this game. Its part of why the game was so poorly received on release because they decided to cater to the casual crowd. If you can't grind the levels that sucks but people need reason to grind and play and trials has always had level advantages. Like it or not it will be there and it needs to be. They're finally understanding that they have to appeal to the more hardcore audience that plays this and maybe not even just the hardcore crowd just the ones that actually play the game.
-
Im all for it.
-
No it had it in D1 and it should now
-
Light level needs to exist, but they have to do it right. There needs to be a cap. After 10 levels above the other player, no more multiplier. Or get rid of it entirely and put a light cap on people.

I’m so done for a while. Let’s see what D3 brings

2 RepliesYea I do not have the time to keep up with the power level as others do, so am I supposed to just forget about getting anywhere in trials ..
-
1 ReplyOne would think Fair and Balanced was the right word. They are bringing balance back to PVE. Meaning, the PVP players at level 930 or lower than 950 will have to start participating in PVE. That is my guess.
