Account restricted for software detected. But none is running to my knowledge?

My account just got restricted for the second week in a row and I am unaware of anything that is causing this restriction. This is really frustrating as I am unable to participate in any of the pvp activities. IS there any way to find out what is causing this? I have no idea where to even start, I've already checked to make sure nothing is running in the background. Any tips? Any way to get in contact with Bungie to find out why this is happening? Everywhere I read, it says that it is done deliberately, so surely there is a specific cause that is flagging this for them. I would like to know what it is so I can troubleshoot it.
