Are you saying that the Hunter and Warlock characters that show on your Bungie profile, under your linked Steam account, are not the characters you migrated from Battle.net? Have you actually started up the game on Steam, to see if your characters are there on login? Your game history shows that you haven’t played since August. Would that be correct for when you last played via Bnet?

I want my hunter and warlock to be migrated over, i have launched the game all i get is create character menu, and yes to final question

Is there any chance that you have more than one Steam account? When I view your Bungie profile, your characters are there, showing as being on Steam. If the character data had not been moved off Bnet, then they would still show on your profile as being linked to Bnet. Could be worth checking for potential alternate Steam accounts, and verifying your linked account info here in your Bungie profile. If you had a different Steam account linked prior to migration, then that’s where the characters would have gone.

I only have one steam account tho

I’ve seen folks say that before, only to find that they linked a different account to their profile. The forgotten account, or because a friend/relative used their pc and it saved login info, or a mistaken email address used. Just trying to rule out the basic stuff, as there’s nothing to really be done if the data is just stuck in limbo.

Yep sent to wrong account I totally forgot about that one i see them now i gotta figue out how to get them to other account then.... I feel like an idiot thx for pointing that out Ninja much appreciated

You cannot move the data from that Steam account. The move was a one time thing. So if you want to use those characters, you’ll need to use the Steam account they’re on. If you already bought Shadowkeep on your other Steam account, but are under the 2 hours played rule, you can request a refund from Steam. Then you can buy it on the account your data is on.
