(edit) also all players can't see any characters on the companion. Even those who haven't re accepted the licence. So your characters aren't actually deleted.

6 RepliesPlayStation 4 1 Log into the Playstation account that purchased the content. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Go to Account Management. 4. Select Restore Licenses. Choose OK when finished. This worked for me

What my friends and i did to fix this we all just restarted our computers for some reason it fixed it.

I’ve been on Installing D2 and transferring data for hours now. Can anyone tell me what’s up? Is there something wrong? I’ve had D2 installed since launch.

I did the scan and repair my game thing my toons are back, either that fixed it or they did, check your games people.

Same, stated ver error after accepting terms update. Restarted ps4, now just stays at bungie destiny sign in but never goes to character screen. 😕
