You Clearly aren't the Veteran Guardians of Old who Remember what the feeling of Powerlessness and Go SLOW Felt like. The days when Guardians Abandoned Ship! During Osiris and the lack of Movement, Damage and Supers was Unbearable!
We are GUARDIANS! not weak Humans
We are Supposed to be Over Powered and in Fact! After all we've Been Through even More So like a God! Or does Slaying a God Not get that Point Across?
When you Defend people like Datto who simply exist to Garnish Views and generate Drama to stay Relevant in their own little world, you Diminish what this Universe was Intended To Be. They are Irrelevant yet you give them the power to change Everything based on whatever Whim of the Day they Have.
If this is the kind of Universe you wish to exist in, Enjoy the Pain and Suffering that comes with it! Anyone who actually Played Vanilla D2 and the Beta Remembers just how Tedious it was just too run a Strike and the Loot table was Horrific!
By All Means, Dictate your Futures based on someone who Exists Solely to Lift Up their Ego and Real World Revenues. But you'll Pay for your Folly, Mark! My! Words!
If you're So On Board to Nerf yet Another thing in this game then you have missed Entirely the point of being a Guardian! We should be getting Buffs! BUFFED!!! And if something isn't up to that Level it should be BUFFED whether it's a Gun, Super, Armor or Enemy!

I shouldn’t be forced to use Luna’s and well so the boss can get vaporized by grenade launchers. I dont think well needs a nerf but Luna’s need a change.

You didn't make a single point that actually made sense. Guardians are not overpowered. We are meant to be weak, scrounging our way to beat insurmountable odds. Not to be killing the strongest enemies imaginable in 2 seconds. Nerfing an ability that heals you to the point where you can't die, and gives a 35 percent damage boost will not ruin the game.

Every post about this topic is down voted into the dirt and the comments section filled with absolute shills that actually think the well should get nerfed also. Then these same shills (which I bet a million dollars most of which are hunters) will flip out as soon as one of their hunter abilities get nerfed. Or will have a cow if their favorite gun gets nerfed. Lol

1 ReplyIf Well actually gets nerfed, there would be no reason to use the Dawnblade subclass at all in PvE. The other 2 Attunements are kinda crap with that weak ass Daybreak Super, and the trash neutral game. Attunement of Grace is the only truly viable Attunement for Dawnblade in PvE with both a strong Super, and highly supportive neutral game. If they were to actually nerf it, I can just see every Warlock switching to Stormcaller's Attunement of Control.

My question to you is, do you honestly think Bungie didn't acknowledge the issue with Well, prior to Datto's video? D1 veteran here. Bungie has a long history of tuning the Destiny universe, when things, both weapons and subclasses become a must have. And Luke admitted the Reckoning bridge was a mistake on their part. And we don't yet know how WoR will be tuned. Plus they are bringing back Weapons of light. So just offering some subclass diversity, may mean they won't have to nerf WoR into the ground. And even if it is hit hard, and isn't as useful next season, they can always rebuff it. Metas in the Destiny universe, are never set in stone. They are always evolving. Which helps things not become stale as quickly or for as long. Guardians are still God slayers. And with any decent amount of gaming skill, players should be able to evolve and deal with new metas, whatever they evolve to be.

Iv played destiny since the early beta. Iv sunk over 1k hours into this franchise over 2 accounts. Ik what the go slow era was shit sucked. But well does need something to get rebalanced. The 3 second riven kills... yea thats a but too much imo.

well Bungie adding titan bubble weapons of light pretty much makes your argument irrelevant. Bungie is not nerfing our powers into the ground. They 'may' (not even confirmed) be tweaking well of radiance because it is insanely powerful for most pve activities. There is nothing wrong with protecting the game against a power creep, this is not a 'fault' of streamers but a reality of this type of game. And yes, I was around for all of D2Y1, and did not enjoy the weapon system in pve, or the lackluster exotic weapons.
