The penalty for competitive loss is too great when Bungie allows modding and recoveries to take place.
I won't be buying anymore Bungie products based upon their policy of punishing honest players and hiding the best parts of the game behind a broken, corrupt system of advancement.
I have reset my valor rank 10 times, my gambit rank 3 times this season yet, I cannot go higher than Brave III solo in competitive. This game shows it caters to cheaters without any skill. PVP will never be competitive with one shot weapons, modders and recoveries. This is clearly working as intended so no reason for any honest player to support a company that values scumbags over honest players.

Edited by Firfighter464: 7/26/2019 9:29:55 AMI can understand why it's in the game but it is too much I say maybe half of a streakless win worth of rep loss for each rank that way even with how grindy legend would be it would still be feasible for a larger portion it's so insane to rank past fabled there's a joke about nf being called bought forgotton cause it used to be undisputed king back then I knew a few recov guys they charged about 400$ for one because even as top tier players who could consistently hit legend it still took so long
