I completed a powerful reaper bounty from the drifter and turned it in as someone in my fireteam loaded into a private match, and it seemed like my game lagged out a bit. The bounty gave me no drop at all, nothing in postmaster (helmet inventory wasn't full) and the reaper bounty at drifter now says "already completed" and the other bounties still appear to have powerful gear.
