I've seen several posts, mentioning a person or persons being "forced" to play certain activities; specifically, PVP. I've also seen several reply posts, stating that no one is forced to play PVP, and this is true. That is, if you always interpret "forced" (in regards to a person), to mean that an individual is literally claiming they were compelled to act, due to the high probability of death or serious bodily harm, to one's self or others. However, it seems like several individuals on this forum, have forgotten about the figurative use of words. I'm not claiming there hasn't been misuse of the word "forced", and/or that some OPs didn't mean it literally, when in fact they incorrectly did. I just want to remind everyone, that a figurative use of words is accepted langugage within Western culture. As an alternative, maybe some of these OPs could replace "forced" with required; as several items or accomplishments do [u]require[/u] PVP. Just food for thought.
