I dont see any reason for most of you players should be infusing enhancement cores into your armors until youre ready for endgame content. If youre just infusing for the sake of a high level in crucible or public event content, then youre seriously doing it wrong. At the moment, the highest endgame content is Reckoning. But even then, I HIGHLY doubt most of you are willing to farm that game mode for the new guns anyway. So why the rush for high level if you never do the content?

We have an Investment Team that is not interested in a respectful relationship with this community. They are basically trying to condition us to addictively grind at a "loot game" that doesn' t really have any loot. To accept being rarely and unpredictably rewarded by a game that is unrewarding. To accept a game where our primary feelings when interacting with it are frustration and anger. They telegraphed their intentions. They plan on continuing to undersupply the game with cores. All they are planning on doing is trying to dial DOWN the anger and frustration to the point where they can condition us to accept this as the "new normal". So unless you want to be manipulated in such a fashion.....teach Bungie that this is acceptable....and have them use this as the template to design any future game around. Its time to start talking to them with your play time. Clearly the only thing that Bungie is going to respect at this point are declining player numbers.

I was already pretty fatigued with the game, and the annual pass has been a bust for me, seeing Bungie's stance on enhancement core economy has solidified for me that this isn't the game for me any more. It's not about making the game fun anymore, or improving upon what's there, it's about keeping people playing regardless of the fun factor. The players time isn't respected, everything else in the game is already asking you to invest an unnecessary amount of time. Rotating weapons on vendors/rotating nightfalls can make players wait indefinitely for something they're looking for, it can block progress to triumphs/seals. There are so many things that make me not want to play that I just don't anymore. I realized that Destiny hasn't been fun for a while, but that I've just been playing it out of habit. Annual pass was a bust and waste of money. Anthem and The Division 2 are filling the gap for me now.

Bungie already gave you their answer. They’re not gunna go back on anything until season 8. If you don’t like the answer, move on. Explain with your wallet.

I don’t think bungie understands that destiny is a video [u]game[/u] and not a video [u]chore[/u].

Sad part is it took them 5 or 6 months an this is their solution.

I'm in the camp that doesn't have an issue with an enhancement cores now, I've built up enough of a stock that it's not a major issue for me. But... this is one of the most unanimous the community has ever been on an issue and it's weird that bungie aren't even willing to meet the community halfway... or even a quarter of the way... or 5% of the way. There's so many simple solutions to make the economy around obtaining cores a little bit easier. I don't think they should remove them from infusion entirely at this point, but this solution is so weird. And the other thing about this is... I liked scrapper bounties, they were always a nice little surprise now and then. Why get rid of them?

This enhancement core “issue” people are having has got to be one of the most overblown dramatized issues I’ve seen in the community. Thousands of games require resources to improve something or make it better. Why is this even an issue?

They need to create a new title, like Wayfarer. It needs to be called "core-whore".

Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Bungie on Earth. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. The dev team. From what I can gather, they want to completely suck the fun out of the game using masterwork cores. They’re well protected, but with the right support, we can punch through the dev team, take these fun-haters out, and break their grip on Infusion.

i copied this because it took a bit to type but nonetheless its something i believe people should look at and believe that people need a live service looter shooter game that launches complete i'm gonna say this and im surprised im saying this because i never thought i would see the day. the division 2 launched and is actually good and it seems im not alone. it launched actually finished this time unlike all of these looter shooter games and its campaign despite objective flaws and i would say is no where near the quality of story games like god of war has, the campaign is the best campaign in the looter shooter genre. and i can not emphasize this enough.... IT LAUNCHED COMPLETE! its not a complete mess like the division 1 launch or BOTH destiny launches or the anthem launch. i would recommend for any person who likes strategy looter shooter games to check it out it's beautiful. like honestly it's so beautiful that i have finally in my lifetime seen a live service looter shooter launch that was not abysmally terrible. the only qualm i majorly have with its launch is that its exclusive to epic launcher on PC and the devs even had achievements ready to put on the steam because the devs had no idea the higher ups where going to go exclusive to epic on PC and assumed it was going to be on steam. like seriously it's messed up and i feel sorry for the devs. i recommend to check it out, and we finally have a good competitor to destiny forsaken.
