STOP changing your light element at the last boss of a strike.
Only content I do solo is strikes and this is getting on my damn nerves people switching their light element at the boss and I dont get credit. Change the milestone already! I have limited time as it is.

I have limited time as it is.[/quote] I think some people do it for certian vanguard bountys even though it says weapon kills to get the void arc and solar kills. I see people changing to every subclass during vanguards sometimes.

You should be able to run what subclass you want. People saying you should stop complaining because it doesn't hurt to check are completely missing the point, of course you can check , but you shouldn't have to. You should be able to play your way, and not be punished for how someone else that you have no control over chooses to play . -
5 RepliesI actually check randoms subclasses during the boss fight, when the boss gets to about 20% health I stop everything I am doing and check their subclasses again just to make sure, then melt the boss as fast as possible. Always be suspicious of randoms who stop what they're doing during the strike and check their subclass, also pay attention to the element of their grenades when they toss them during the boss fight, that helps to see if they changed their element. Its annoying to baby sit randoms but this game has way to many trolls.

Just spend the boss fight not helping, then the other 2 will be too busy to change their subclass. If I matchmake strikes, I check as we're loading in, then check again on the run up to the boss. If anybody changes, they're going to have to fight the boss without me. Learn to troll the trolls.

1 ReplyI think it's to encourage players to use the correct element modifier. Problem is, players don't as there is no need. The elemental buff needs to be more significant.

Yea really frustrating especially when u continually check during the strike to make sure one person has the same damage type element only for that person to change it before even realizing it and having it not count towards weekly challenge

I can only tolerate the one strike milestone per character. 9 strikes would tip me over the edge. I always follow the burn (singe)

Happened to me the other day but there is nothing much we can do when you have 12 year olds and teenagers playing the game, trolling is apart of gaming and there is nothing much we can do! I understand and respect your concern but a forum post won’t do anything, what needs to happen is that bungie needs to remove the requirement of completing the strike with the same elemental subclass as a fire team member!
