You know, if Bungie put the effort into creating in-game content in D2 as they did in D1 instead of cutting corners all the time and stop constantly changing their mind on what this game is and where it's going? I work for a company to where the boss, supervisor and all the employees that work for this company are respectful people that work well together. As far as the employees go they are happy with their job, they have all the benefits as some jobs do, the boss treats them to lunch a couple times a month, hours are flexible, bonuses at the end out the year etc... Do you know what happens when you treat people with respect? they give that same respect in return, in doing so it makes for a better business, better profits and all around win-win. You want to know something that is a huge difference between this company and the company I work for? the company I work for knows how to actually communicate with their customers. They work well with them and actually listen to what the customer wants and tries to work from there. They don't have this attitude of this is my company and we're only doing it our way. They don't have this attitude of catering to certain people excluding a good portion of their customers playing favoritism, you know like streamers that have way more of a say than the entire player base? When you treat most of your customers with a bad attitude you lose business and from the looks of it, sales are down 60% that says a hell of a lot about this company and the attitude this past year or so.
