Weekly Personal Clan XP Engram
I just turned in my bounties (because you can do that, working as intended), and I have a waypoint to see Hawthorne, the director shows my weekly personal contribution is complete (so does my menu), but when I approach her, she has nothing. I tried going to orbit and coming back. Nope. So there’s that.

If so, we are aware of and investigating an issue where players who don't claim their weekly bounty from Hawthorne before the weekly reset can't claim it after the reset and might not be able to obtain the current week's engram either.

What platform are you playing from? I'm on PC and this has happened to me. This is pretty disappointing.
