With that logic, insurmountable skullfort is useless too and isnt worth the exotic slot.

Where do you people come from? Insurmountable skullfort effects primarily a class, not one weapon. And it has monstrous impact on that class, unlike this one crap weapon....

Or give unlimited ballistic slam for faster super regen and mob regen. Nice try but gotta give you a thumbs down dog.
