Why should I be penalised in Competitive when everyone in my team left?
Please tell me again why should I be penalised when everyone in my team left competitive match and left me all alone? So what? I can't leave a stupidly obvious game where I will definitely lose? Keep on getting killed by 4 players over and over again? Is Bungie really that stupid? Incompetent? Lazy?
As usual Bungie never bothered to make this right and keep on screwing it up for people who wants a fair play on competitive.
Get your thumb out of your you know what Bungie and do something about this idiocy you call your game.

When will the “competitive” playerbase learn that “competitive” is just quickplay with different modes, Destiny and it’s Crucible will never be an E-sport and it’s too unbalanced to come close to what true competitive is.

A forfeit feature should be added and should only be available if a person drops from a team. If forfeit is used, no points lost.

You shouldn't be penalized. This system Bungie has set up actually encourages booting. Aside from that, people are cherry picking matches. Those people should be banned from pvp. Not suspended, BANNED. Tired of the cancer in the game. Bungie should do something.

A mercy rule for those going to be playing 1v4 or 2v4 would be nice. It needs to backed up by hacker detection because there are those people who will try to find a way to kick people on the other team.

What they should have done is made rumble part of competitive and then made where you got glory points by your rank. For example 1st Place 30, 2nd 25. 3rd 20 and that way people can progress and get stuff done at their own pace and at their own skill level. The problem with Luna’s Howl Quest is that it feels like a chore and chores aren’t fun. At least with Redrix Broadsword every match got you closer to it. Whether that is extra match or extra point towards it, you always felt that you are heading towards the final goal. With Luna’s how you can win 2 games and then lose 2 game and now you just wasted your time.

1 ReplyMan, I feel your pain! I wish I could run into that situation where I was on a 4 man team against 1 player. I do wish Bungie put in a points system into the crucible bounties like they have for Gambit. Then when situations like yours occurs, the loss would be more forgiving

Man I been saying same thing it's rough queing solo. 1st match 2 teammates were afk until they were booted then other teammate left and I was spawn farmed for about 2 min before I left, very nxt match I was quest into a 3v4stack. 1 teammate left instantly and then the other guy and myself were spawn farmed so I left. Mind you I had just done 12+ matches that I finished all the way thru, after I left that second match boom I'm blocked for 15-20min from comp. It's absolutely ridiculous to punish people because they don't want to be farmed in a match they've clearly lost.

1 ReplyTook me about a week to solo grind the fabled portion of the Luna’s Howl quest. I have serious sympathy for anyone doing it solo. It’s like getting screwed at every turn. I got my Luna Thursday night and haven’t done competitive since.

if someone in your team leaves, players from the other team should be forced to join the other team to even it out, or even npc guardians to fight at least....

Because the other team probably had a booter on there. Bungie probably doesn’t care lol. They’ve never done a bloody thing about cheating and if I remember correctly it was a meme here about someone who didn’t hide themselves cheating and people constantly posted it it took again I’m not sure but like a year or something and even then I think the console platform banned him not bungie

I find that I can complete most of my bounties in rumble. If I hop out it hurts nobody.
