Borealis is missing.
I received the borealis from a fated Engram from Xur. Since, it has not shown up in collections and is the last one needed for a exotic badge as well. If able, please check out my account and see why. Thank you.

It doesn't show in the collection and the Fated Engrams are now spitting out duplicates for me, indicating I do in fact have all that's inside them. I noticed this when Forsaken dropped, amazed it still isn't fixed.
