Still no Cayde's Exotic Stash

I pre-ordered Destiny 2: Forsaken through Amazon but I didn't get a code for Cayde's Exotic Stash, I contacted Amazon first, but they said they can't send codes without attaching them to orders but instead to contact the developers them self. Can anybody help me?

Hello, Unfortunately you will need to continue to contact Amazon. If they did not supply a code that was guaranteed with your order, that is on them. Bungie is not able to distribute any codes to you.
