All I see on here is elitist "legit" whiners complaining about casual whiners. Who freaking cares. AoS isn't going to turn a casual into a pvp god coming for your fake crown. Most will probably use it in PVE anyways, and unless someone hacks the game for it, all AoS will be gotten legit. I say enjoy to all, fire team up and have fun.
EDIT: I never would’ve guessed that this would get this many upvotes b/c of all the other posts that weren’t happy with it. Thanks to everyone, good to see some people can still have fun.

5 RepliesWe know you needed the easier path. Its ok. You wont ever be a pvp god with it.

Signed.

As far as I can tell, the same people who complain about how "easy" it is to get AoS now are generally the same people who sht on you for complaining about not having your strike exclusive after a few hundred runs because "it's rng, you're just unlucky". All the while they're flaunting that same strike exclusive that they got as a reward for all the time and effort they put into the grind while countering your every word with "I got mine one my fifth run so it is dropping." XD
-
I do. Cayde deserved my respect of doing the quest the hard way.
-
Signed. It's a game I already have AOS and could care less. People bitching about "earning" things are just slobs stuck in their mom's basement masterbating to pony porn.
-
I got mine the first week, before Sleeper was cross mapping folks in every invasion and you had a chance to actually see the invader before they killed you, so I don't mind that they changed the quest so that it's reasonable to do again. It's a fun weapon, and iconic to the expansion, so I'm glad more people will get the chance to enjoy it.

3 RepliesI don’t get why everyone is up in arms about the quest. The gambit part wasn’t that difficult to do. And the rest is strikes, and headshots. With a crimson even that part can be a breeze. You’re not a badass because you got the AoS.
-
No I don’t care that they’re scrubs.

2 RepliesImagine if bungie just gave the LoA to anyone who did the NF? If someone does something hard or irritating, of course they'll get irritated when someone else gets to skip the frustration (seriously, add kills? What the hells even the point of the step now) and just get the cool thing. It's a big reason why d2 failed miserably. Why the hell should anyone make this game a hobby, put time and money into it if that isn't going to be respected?
-
I do not give a F how anyone gets it
-
I'll never get AoS, since I avoid PVP in all forms in Destiny, except for the once in a blue moon a friend drags me in kicking and screaming
-
Don’t worry. No matter how you get your Ace of Spades, you won’t have the masterwork cores to infuse it any higher in a couple hours.
-
3 RepliesI worked hard to get to 4 of 5 kills, now reset to 0 progress. Thanks. Real cool.
-
Upvoting this would prove otherwise
-
It's not this weapon I worry about, I worry that this may become a pattern, people whine without trying to complete the quest and bungee caves Just a thought about the future, this isn't the first or last time it's happene Love, Nano
-
I'm just over here laughing at the people that thought any of the quest was difficult, put a smile on my face.
-
I used a hand cannon and bullets and I'm so g darn mad about it I don't give a crap how I got it either! Can't remember when I got it. It's just sat in my inventory since.
-
I care, noone should have the ace of spades, none of you killed Catde-6 orwell -blam!-,looks like we have alot of hunter banguards who inhertited the position
-
You talking about Ace of Spades? Because that was easy as hell.
-
1 ReplyThe real questions. #1 How many of the "real" AoS owners got it without watching a youtube/Google for the step after the 25headshots? #2 How many of these same are working on Luna/Broadsword, those are the "real" pain in the butt show-off weapons.
-
1 ReplyThe original way wasn’t that bad. I primarily play pve and knocked it out pretty quick.
-
Wow.... just read ‘AoS’ in the OP as AIDS 😂
-
Edited by ShaxxCousin: 9/22/2018 2:49:22 AMIt is pretty good in PvP though. Lol. I love mine. Took me a while to get the invader kills but it was worth it. The weapon is basically Fatebringer and Hawkmoon in one. The range is great for a hand cannon. I have 3 new exotic weapons now and AoS is by far my favorite for sure. Honestly I don't care if they change how to get it. I already have it and I'm happy with it :)
-
It simply doesn't affect my gaming experience whatsoever.
-
I got mine fairly quickly, just played aggressively when an invader showed up. But hey as long as people can get their AoS, who cares if a quest step was changed? Don’t be a dickhead elitist because someone got their AoS after the quest step change.

Couldn't care less. I think the whiners are good comedy.
