Riven is dead
The Dragon has been vanquished.
But her Last Wish was uttered.
Perhaps this was the plan all along.
For Darkness has now completely gripped The Dreaming City.
Taken overrun the halls and grounds of what was once was a revered sanctuary.
No longer Whispering in your minds,
The Taken Queen is here.
We all fell into her trap.
Cayde, Uldren, Riven.....all a part of her plan.
One by one we hungered for revenge and the spoils of glory.
We opened the door.
We let her in.
Our blind ambition is our downfall.
Savathün is here.

2 RepliesI feel bad for the Awoken, they have their city attacked by all three races of darkness that we have fought, the Scorn, the Taken, and the Hive. last year we got invaded by one very powerful military, we could kill them and not have to worry about them coming back, the Awoken on the other hand will never be able to clear the Dreaming City for the armies of darkness that dwell within it can always come back from their deaths.

As a Diamond 4 League of Legends player, I can confirm that Riven is most definitely not dead and she will continue to be in every match I play.

1 ReplyXiu Arath Oryx's other sister is also mentioned in the new story mission as she seems to have her own brood now. Maybe next year in september when the next(last?) big expansion launches Savathun and her sister will team up in the raid

We’ll end up just killing everything we don’t like, and by that point the destiny series will end and we’ll all go play something else. I, for one, can’t wait until Metroid Prime 4 is done
