Please consider removing the lock from my account. (16795292)

I'm not the first time see messages about the removal of locks from user accounts. Therefore, as a user and buyer of the Bunge product, please consider the possibility of removing the lock from my account (16795292). Since the company's policy is known, and I reproach the owners in the established rules, I have no right. I just ask how the person paid for your product, and planning to buy and other your products. During the time spent in the game, I collected more than 200 direct contacts of players with whom I played directly, led raids, organized open firateams, and just had a good time. Due to my limited capabilities, and open dependence on online games. I'm really worried about blocking, I understand that the company's policy does not disclose the reasons for the lock. But you can also find the reason, unlock it. I guarantee that I will follow the rules and stop looking for problems in the game. Due to problems in our country with sanctions, I constantly face problems in the Internet connection due to absolutely incorrect blocking by the organizations of supervision over the mass media. Anyway, I'll just have to fumble in the network setting and look for ways to stabilize the connections. Yes, I found a few holes in the system of selecting players. However, instead of blocking, you could simply request information, and I would provide it. As it was done and done in most MMO projects. I admit my mistakes and I'm not going to shout about the fact that I was banned for nothing. However, the lock should carry a punitive factor in the game itself, and not disconnect the user, for what he found that the developer would have hidden and not fixed. At the moment, I really want to get back into the game, and I'm even ready to buy a new addition. Absence of possibility of appeal, really plunges into frustration. But I'm not going to appeal the lock. I ask you to remove it. P.S. I also ask you to pay attention that the policy of non-disclosure of reasons for blocking, in fact, does not have a beneficial effect on the community. In my personal opinion, you most likely created a network of observers (leaders of the community of players) who check the violation factors. I, in turn, noticed the fact that I received the ban exactly at the time when I myself went about the stupidity of the environment. But when he dragged in 2 weeks, more than 60 players on new raids. I do not believe in coincidences, but maybe I'm wrong. Nevertheless, this makes one wonder about where the gaming community as a whole is going and how it would be properly developed.

Sadly, as others have pointed out, and as you know, you agreed to a certain legally binding contract when you started playing the game. That legally binding contract between yourself and Bungie, the one you agreed to, digitally signing your name to when you hit accept on the account that is licensed and used by you, and that you are held accountable for, says the following:
TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights of Bungie or Activision, this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of this Program and all of its component parts. You may also terminate the Agreement at any time by permanently deleting any installation of the Program, and destroying all copies of the Program in your possession or control. Bungie or Activision may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Program and all of its component parts. The License Limitations, limitation on damages, limited warranty, indemnity, and miscellaneous provisions shall survive termination of this Agreement.
I'll break it down for you:
TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights of Bungie or Activision, this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of this Program and all of its component parts.
If you break any part of the agreement that grants you access to the game, then the agreement terminates automatically (this doesn't require any input from yourself or the companies, it simply 'happens' if you break any of the terms.)
You may also terminate the Agreement at any time by permanently deleting any installation of the Program, and destroying all copies of the Program in your possession or control.
You, yourself, can choose to end the above agreement, forfeiting your ability to play the game using your own desire and intentionally doing so by simply getting rid of the game.
Bungie or Activision may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Program and all of its component parts.
Bungie or Activision, themselves, can choose to end the above agreement, removing your ability to play the game, and they may do so "for any reason or no reason."
The License Limitations, limitation on damages, limited warranty, indemnity, and miscellaneous provisions shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Whether the agreement and connected license is revoked automatically, or by your choice, or by the companies' choice, the limitations and agreements about arbitration and the like are still in effect and are binding even after the agreement has been terminated. So, the long and short of it is, you agreed that Bungie can terminate their agreement, which includes the permission to access their services, at any time, for any reason (including no reason at all). Further down, you also agree that if you live in the US, the laws in effect are the location most relevant to you, and if you live outside the United States, you will be bound by California state law for arbitration and dealing with such. Please do note that Bungie's banning policy is entirely separate from this agreement and is a help article to help users not fall on Bungie's bad side. Bungie doesn't have to give a reason for you being banned, as per that policy itself. They don't discuss it and won't discuss it. Per the agreement above, your access to their services can be removed at any time for any reason, including if Bungie determines you broke their banning policy, or for no reason at all. You agreed to these terms when you started the game. You held down the button to agree to the terms to play. Upon agreeing with these terms, you entered into a contract with Bungie and Activision. You cannot then later un-agree to the terms that you agreed to, you can only revoke the agreement in its entirety, but the fact that you agreed is still one of those lasting things to be upheld even after you decide to end the agreement. You can't un-accept the agreement just because you're angry or feel you were wronged. I understand it may be frustrating, but if you decide to attempt to pursue legal action, please make sure the lawyer understands the binding contract you entered into and make sure they know that you agreed to the contract in its entirety. Better yet, give the lawyer a link to the license agreement: https://support.activision.com/license Destiny and Destiny 2 both have the same agreement. It should be noted I'm not a lawyer and I don't work for Bungie/Activions, but I can read and copy/paste just fine, and the above information is copy/pasted directly from the agreement, but I have added my own interpretation of the words that were copy/pasted. My words don't replace any words from that agreement should my words be incorrect in their interpretation of those words.

  • Read the Limited software License Agreement that you agreed to. “Bungie or Activision may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason.”

Dear friends! While there is no actual evidence of guilt, it is not legitimate. If you are ready to show me guilt, show the actual evidence. Otherwise, all written forms of the accusation of me, in violation of the agreements with Bungie, can be considered as slander. And this is punishable by the law of all civilized countries, and in the courts for human rights cases.

    • They don't ban for nothing, you can throw all the legal jargen in the world at us, but you admit to finding loophole to tamper with other players gaming experiences which is a dick move. You got caught cheating and now you're pissed that you have to pay the consequences, Game over dude, don't let the door hit you on the ass on your way out.

    • So, if I get this right, you are only willing to share how you cheated because they have caught you and given you the ban? Why did you not offer them the loopholes you found before? You cheated, so therefore deserve your ban. You're only sorry because you got caught.

      • Wait to find "holes in the system" means you hacked into the game. WHAT THE HELL DID YOU EXPECT. Hacking into any online game will earn you a ban no matter what. AND You admitted to rubbish internet which earns you a Crucible restriction at least (did you think Bungie issued those for no reason.... NO it is to stop lagers ruining the game for others). You agreed to the play by Bungie's rules and you broke them and so you got what you deserve. AND As you are hacking into games WHY should we believe that "it was for the good of the game" and not to cheat. So why should anyone take you at your word that you will not do it again. GOODBYE.

In connection with the policy of the Russian Federation on the blocking of Internet resources, we have to use various ways to bypass them (VPN, redirection and blocking of network ports), for a comfortable game. Similar manipulations with Internet connection are used in all multiplayer games (The Division, TES Online, GTA5, etc) and none of them are so biased towards players from the former CIS countries like Bungie. This fact can be considered as a disparaging attitude to the Russian gaming community Destiny 2. Blocking users for an unstable Internet connection is the cynicism. In addition, Bungie is well aware of such problems (the error WEASEL, BUFFALO) and the gaming community has repeatedly raised a similar topic. https://eu.battle.net/forums/ru/bnet/topic/17617065325 RU:
• you already promised to play by the rules and you didn't do it, instead hacked into the game which is against the rules. You have your punishment.. accept it.. you got caught.. time to pay the price. that price is a ban.
