If I purchase the forsaken dlc and season pass, will my son be able to play the new content with me? We each have an Xbox, he shares my Xbox live gold account and I have his Xbox set as my home Xbox.

To close this post, I can game share the foresaken dlc. Still annoyed that this wasn't made clear by Bungie at the start and that this supposedly 'un-sopported' feature is actually supported.

I was having this problem too until my friend told me that I had to go into the game add on settings and download Forsaken and the season pass. That might be your problem.

This is an Xbox thing. (I am on xbox too). Best to ask in their forums to be certain.

33 RepliesGame sharing is NOT a feature supported by the retailers of games as technically you are costing them money and if you really wanted to support them; you would purchase individual licenses for each user. That being said as long as he plays on the console that is listed as YOUR home console, he should be able to use whatever licenses you have and then you can log on to another console and use your licenses on another console.

Yes, you will. That is how I have it setup at my house.

1 ReplyEdited by Eriena: 7/9/2018 12:41:53 PMHello, Bungie does not troubleshoot or support license sharing as it is a console feature so they won’t answer this for you to tell you if it will work or not. As Forsaken isn’t out yet, no one knows of it will work or not, it is just a wait and see situation right now. If Bungie were to reply, this is what they would link you to: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12458
