I've been trying to figure this one out since the game launched on PC. I've tried a number of things on my end, but I can't for the life of me get the game to not cap out at 30FPS when Alt-Tabbing. I'm running the game in Borderless Windowed mode if it matters on Windows 10. Has anyone achieved this or figured out how to run the game 60FPS (or uncapped/etc) while being alt-tabbed? I know some games have a toggle for an FPS lock when the game loses focus, but I don't see any user configurable options in Destiny. If anyone has found a way to do this, I'd love to hear it. Thank you! Edit: Use case for those wondering, although I'd rather just focus on finding a solution / workaround than have to answer why I'm trying to fix this in the first place! :) This is mostly an issue when I'm playing with a controller, as I can play the game unhindered when the game isn't in focus. I don't want Destiny to cap my FPS, since I'm still able to play the game just fine, freeing up my mouse and keyboard to do other things such as web browse, type/message, YouTube, Twitch, etc.
