I preordered D2 but there is a problem. The muliplayers have the crucible and the Iron banner and the raids.
If I get to the end of the story mode and the last mission requires a team to complete and cannot be completed solo. That's it for Destiny as far as I am concerned. The Lone Wolf should at least get one break out of D1 and D2. To everyone, I am pretty sure Bungie knows what I am talking about and that's all I care about. So I will communicate only with Bungie I will reply to no more posts here.

37 RepliesEvery story mission in Destiny 1 was easy to solo.

2 RepliesBro I'm a solo guy but still find away to meet random people to help.

4 RepliesYou have 44 days on patrol? What the actual -blam!-?
-
What are you even talking about? Like everyone who tells you they hit max light without raiding which is exactly what this post is saying can't happen you're just brushing off saying good on them. No the raids shouldn't be a soloable activity they're activities for groups that are in no way connected to story missions. You're not missing out on any story by not raiding. Another thing is I don't find it hard to believe you're. A lone wolf without many friends. The way you respond to some of these people in the comments I can imagine you wouldn't be very well liked in any group. You seem condescending like you believe you're above others.

5 RepliesEye up Guardian, have you been a one wolf, has your clan fallen apart during the recent content drought, are you bored and looking for something to keep you engaged in Destiny while you await D2 and its eventual release in September, or have you found that the beta is telling you that playing in a clan will bring you more success? If some of this sounds familiar, I suggest you come take alook at XxTheWolfpackxX for either PS4 or XB1 and yes, we even have a PC clan ready to go for when that is available. PS4 - https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/1151566 XB1 - https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/1121944 PC - https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/1904923 The clan was started in August of 2015, just in time for Taken King after several of the original members had gotten together and decided that playing solo was just not the way to go anymore. We are a community of like-minded gamers that holds its teamwork and values seriously, with one intention and goal in mind; To unite guardians who seek a clan to call home with clanmates who have your back with no requirements. The Wolfpack does not have very demanding requirements. We expect our members to be active, social, helpful, mature, and respectful. In return, you can expect the same from everyone else here. This will ensure the most amazing experience and will draw you in for hours of entertainment, whether it's PvP, PvE, or both. The clan is a no requirements clan, meaning, no posting weapons, class, light, mic or any other must haves for joining activities, we want to include everyone. By the same token, we expect that guardians will not attempt to join an activity if there light is significantly lower than the recommendations bungie has for each activity. We do ask that all who request to join the membership link the b.net account to either the ps4 or xb1 account used for gaming to avoid ghost accounts etc. We are a very active clan and run tournaments fairly often on pvp and pve content to spice things up for those who just want something to do in the game, play with great people and have fun. We run raids, strikes, missions as well as all pvp content. Membership is open to any mature individual who wants to play. Tags are earned by being helpful in game and on the clan wall as well as playing often. Nominations are taken monthly and near the end of every month, given out to those who have earned it. Edited by Legion: 7/24/2017 8:39:35 PMExactly why I am holding off on paying for this game, I've played one and I'm okay with not being able to raid at this point it seems pointless with the sequel soon and I would have liked to play the raids on launch, my preference anyways. I was bummed out missing out on the raids the first time, not this time though. I'm going to see how they handle it this time and if there is nothing for raids I will not bother with this any longer then I have too.

2 RepliesYou know. Maybe if you stopped arguing with everyone that SHOWS you what you said is wrong. Than maybe. JUST MAYBE. You will be able to get friends to go and do the "story missions" with.

2 RepliesEdited by FrenetiCreature: 7/21/2017 5:31:55 PMBad b8 m8. Read through the comments here folks. He's referring to the raid, but trying to do so vaguely. When asked about it, he says, "It requires either 4 or 6 players, but I don't exactly remember." Anyone that has played enough to have 40 hours in just patrol, knows what the raid is. He even mentions raids in his post. But then tries to act like he doesn't understand why the "last mission" requires 6 players? Uh, Yeah, he's just trolling.

4 RepliesUmm sorry but I've soloed everything that is soloable in D1 including raid bosses. I'm pretty sure I'll do the same thing in D2 if mechanics allow it to be done. You just need to play better, smarter, and maybe try making a friend or 2
-
2 RepliesJust join a clan. Problem solved, problem staying solved. If you don't wanna play with other people, then don't. There's plenty to solo in this game. Lone wolf your heart out. But don't complain when you are too lazy or too much of a brat to work with others in a video game. I mean, it's not like your ever going to have to do it in real life or anything.

6 RepliesMost of you multi player people have been very rude. Not all but most. You remind me of liberal lemmings. All us solo players are asking for is a little consideration. We are not asking that you have to change the way you play the game, why are you so dead set that we have to play the game your way. (sheesh) Anyway I am done with this thread. So far my impression is I would not team up with the rude people here if my life depended on it. So stick with your tunnel vision it seems to be all you can handle.

3 Repliesthe game is a quasi-mmo, go make some friends scrub or play a single player game

13 RepliesEdited by Demon_XXVII: 7/24/2017 2:05:32 AMD1beta year 1 player on the Xbox 360, I pretty much lone wolfed the game (work + casual gamer that I am) (HATED being forced into crucible to complete challenges/quests ) On the PS4 in Nov, I've had to start again, just to play ROI But pretty fed up over the years with the lack of player interaction (Help someone, wave ....get naff all back, rinse, repeat) And just now in D2Beta, joined by first ever strike - died a fair few times (like the other 2 randoms), revived them a fair few times, didn't quit, and finally we jointly killed it And got my first ever Destiny 2 message "Fkn noob" Charmed I was Such a friendly place to try make friends! Might just have cost Bungie a £79 sale Can't be bothered with salt miners and mardy cnuts!

12 Replies1. It's a well known fact this is not a single player game. 2. I am a year one, D1 player and I solo'd the majority of the content. Throughout everything I was able to complete on my on. The best times I have had in destiny was...
In raids and fire teams...period. Try it, you won't regret it.
D1 had 90% of its content with out matchmaking. Now they added an awesome clan system to pick up extra players. Be happy.
-
11 RepliesI'm a solo player and i got 400 without any help from a raid.

1 ReplyClan vs clan pvp playlist, with a ranking system?
-
4 RepliesBungie has a vision of how this game should be played. Unfortunately we are all subject to thier desicion. It was this way in D1 but we found ways around it. Solo queing has been terrible in this beta for sure though.

Just give me mayhem and the wolf will feed, until then I will not leave my wingman!

6 RepliesIt's not a solo game
-
10 RepliesI live when people can't do research on a game and go into a TEAM game solo then bitch about it
-
No story mission requires a fireteam, unless you somehow struggle against AI enemies. And you bought an online only game designed to be played with other people, and you want special treatment because you don't want to play with people? Hell no.
-
9 RepliesBuy a single player game.

It's a social game. And from one lone wolf to the other: fight me.
