19 RepliesWhy waste time playing something that looks and sounds like a big step backwards?

1 ReplyYou people don't understand skepticism.

But we already know so much of bungos failed!😉
-
Complain, sure, we should wait. But bring up legitimate concerns for where the game is going based on what we've seen? That's actually worth doing, and worth doing before beta because at that point it's pretty much too late.

6 RepliesValve's video games wish list: Anthem FFVII Gran Turismo Sport Rainbow Six Patriots Not that D2 won't be good, it will. But it hasn't made the list.
-
But why would we need to? We've already seen trailers that show a bit, we've been told what was in the game from luke smith, and we've seen gameplay off the exact same stuff that's in the beta. Honestly we know more than enough to make some assumptions and give criticism about the game.

I'm not much of complainer, especially over a hobby(which I have many of). RiP Rumble and Skirmish on launch :(

It's nice to see that someone in this community has a brain.

1 ReplyPeople can make educated guesses about the game at this point. However what people really need to stop doing is stating their opinions as objective facts. 4v4 is not objectively bad. No specials is not objectively bad. PvE/PvP integration is not objectively bad. Slower kill times is not objectively bad. Slower power cooldowns is not objectively bad. It's just your opinion.

29 RepliesEdited by Lord Tronic: 6/19/2017 4:09:28 AMI can't wait till the beta drops. Then what will you guys use to "invalidate" negative opinions? I'm guessing you guys will go with the "it's not even the full game" argument.

1 ReplyWe let bungie have the turn in Destiny 1. We got B.S in Destiny 1. So you are damn right we are gonna complain about Destiny 2. We don't wanna see it fall
-
2 Repliesi think its fine to raise concerns about what we have seen so far. I don't think it is necessarily fair to say it will suck at this point though.
-
1 ReplyThat's not how the world works. People have a right to express their concerns and should do so. Ultimately it will improve the game. For example the lack of rumble and ranked play for PvP is a big bone of contention. I think Sir Dimetrious sums it up nicely: https://youtu.be/x_hucpsm3X0 As does CammyCakes: https://youtu.be/38MUd6rSO_k Datto explains it well: https://youtu.be/UlWFX4vfn9w BBKDragoon view should also be respected: https://youtu.be/kNaXMZKYPew

1 ReplyI feel like i need to
(insert looney turned music here )that's all folks in porky pigs voice
6 RepliesSo if it goes against your game it's complaining as opposed to well thought out criticism? Gotcha no talking bad about Destiny.
-
Na, may as well just start now :)
-
1 ReplyPlaying the game would make complaining moot, as you'd probably be 60+ currency in the hole already and Bungie wouldn't give a flying -blam!-. Complain now while you're still in pocket lol 👍
-
1 ReplySaying the overall game sucks already is stupid. But complaining about what we have seen and heard from bungie is not wrong. If people didn't complain then your purple engrams would still come out blue.
-
I've played a game for going on 3 years that is the prequel to Destiny 2 and I've seen how things have been handled as a whole. I've got a pretty good opinion on how I see Destiny 2. If you're going into this blind, youre playing naive. Or you're just casual and don't care what so ever. There are people that have standards and want this game to meet those standards because it has the potential to do so. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

39 RepliesEdited by Barrier: 6/19/2017 1:31:11 AMBefore we complain about the raw steak let's eat it first You've been told that it's raw, you can see it's raw, & the chef has told you how raw it is. Let's still eat it though instead of asking it to be cooked first.
-
2 RepliesWhy should we wait for d2 to complain about the things we don't want in it? What we need is a preemptive strike against the record breaking dumbassery that bungie has been on for the passed 3 years.
-
7 Replies"There are people in the world who I can hand a wheel barrel full of money and they would still complain that the wheel barrel is heavy:"
-
1 Replybut, why should people be allowed to praise the game before playing it first?
-
75 RepliesNo. We should constantly complain. LITERALLY non stop. Before, during AND after. Do you like this game? Yes? Then you should complain as loudly as possible, about every single flaw, all day long. If you're a casual who just likes the aesthetics and enjoys hopping around patrol and strikes a few hours a week? Get off the forums. Or at least don't post. No one cares what you think of our complaints. We aren't going to play a different game. We're going to complain constantly to prevent the atrocity that was the toxic love/hate relationship that we had with D1. That's what actual fans do. They call bungie on their bullshit. Not because we dislike them, but because we know they can do better.

23 RepliesI pre-ordered straight away, I love D1 and think D2 looks awesome. I'm also super glad this annoys so many of you.
