Templar CHEESE!!!! TRENDING!!!
Okay so for this to work you need 5 minutes to wait and 2 titans
First of all make sure all of your team has a Gally on with 5-6 rockets available. Then wait 5 minutes so there is no cool down on the heavy
Make sure everyone has there supers and titans are running blessings
Start off the round with 3 on each side then take the templars shield down. Then the titans pop there bubbles on each station.
There should be 3 people in each bubble jumping and moving out while firing all 6 of there rockets
Then go inside the bubble and pop another heavy and shoot all your 6 rockets out side of your bubble at the Templar
The templar will be dead, this is the easiest way as you dont need to worry about ads, just the boss

Yeah, to piggyback on what everyone else is saying, that's not cheese at all. You're not abusing game mechanics or manipulating AI behavior. Never underestimate a good Gally thrashing. It solves most Destiny problems.

That's not a cheese at all. That's smart strategy. However, doing this puts your DPS team on the right hand side of the map at a lot of risk as the praetorians will rush them constantly. Just have the relic holder cover both teleport points. Have your DPS team at the top of the stairs. This keeps them away from the adds and means you only have to have one Titan.

Ffs... learn the meaning of glitches and cheesing before posting. You're not making the templar fall off the edge or any other kind of exploit are you? No, you're simply killing the boss.

1 ReplyAnother clever tip I could give is for defenders to select the subclass perk that allows them to make more orbs when their Ward of Dawn is hit by enemy fire, so it'll be a constant stream of supers for more orbs for more supers

5 guardians stand in the center where the first spire spawns when you enter that area... Deal with no ads at all. Relic holder runs around where guardians are(does not take enemy fire)... Everybody just shoots boss. Done. No jumping in and out of bubbles or takes enemy fire. Much simpler

We burnt him in a similar way last night as well only two people stayed at the teleport spots rest went to where we jumped down. He was dead by the time the ads reached us. We were using sleepers as well.

Atheon cheese: Shoot him until his health bar depletes to zero and he disintegrates. The game will glitch and reward you will loot.

Real cheese, use a vortex grenade to push him when his shields go down, it slightly pushes him but ONLY USE 1 (with extended duration of course). If he is pushed then when the relic holder gets the teleport spot in the open, the Templar can't see him and shoot him. Oh and crouch when you do that! I didn't find out this, credit goes to Willis Gaming (if I'm not mistaken).

It should be noted that this works for competent teams. Had a raid group that could not get this concept. Should have known it was all bad when the main kid said he'd been stuck on Templar for four hours. -blam!- me right

2 RepliesYeah, we were stuck on the challenge because of this for 3 hours. Better to just do it the way they t was intended and have relic holder take care of the teleporting areas.

I killed Templar in 1 minute 20 seconds today lol. Shit was so easy. Gjally for Templar and Sleeper for atheon. VoG is cake.

Pal, this forum will find a way of butchering any post... simply change the title to Templar Quick Down Strategy Problem solved :) Thanks though, seems a good strategy but I remember Skolas well and that was a very frustrating strategy for him...
