This was what I thought to be something special 10 year lifetime wow that's incredible. Unfortunately the wheels came off at year 3. Hopefully all the old environments will be able to be accessed in the new game even if they're updated versions. That to me would be a continuation of the original game. Gear was always a goner. The world's and places we've been should still be in the game with additional world's and content.

Mass Effect did it and they did it pretty well.. All players wanted was cosmetic crossover for destiny, sparrows ships emblems shaders... [u]ALL[/u] of which has zero impact on how the game plays. They've said it above, with nothing carrying over, playing now is a waste of time.
